1. Who We Are
TechPassLab ("we", "us", "the Site") is a free, browser-based certification study platform at techpasslab.com. We are an independent operator, not affiliated with any certification body. Contact: freelance.imaneb@gmail.com
2. Data We Collect Directly
None. We collect zero personal data. The Site has no registration, no login, no contact forms, no newsletter, no analytics platform, no session recording, and no tracking pixels of our own. All study progress (flashcard marks, quiz scores) is stored only in your browser's session memory and disappears when you close the tab.
3. Hosting — Cloudflare Pages
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). As part of delivering web content, Cloudflare automatically processes:
IP addresses and HTTP request metadata (for routing and DDoS protection)
Aggregate, anonymised traffic statistics visible to us (page views, countries, bandwidth) — no individual user profiles
Security cookies such as __cf_bm (bot management, expires in 30 minutes) and cf_clearance (challenge completion)

4. Advertising
The Site displays advertisements from third-party ad networks. We may use one or more of the following, or similar services:
Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) — delivers typefaces. Google may log the font request including your IP. No persistent advertising cookie is set. Google Privacy Policy
React & Babel (unpkg.com, served via Cloudflare CDN) — JavaScript libraries. No user data is collected by these libraries. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
6. Cookie Summary

· __cf_bm — Cloudflare bot management (30 min, security)
· cf_clearance — Cloudflare challenge result (session, security)
· tpl_cookie_consent — stores your cookie choice on this site (1 year)
Optional — advertising (requires your consent):
· Ad network cookies (Google, etc.) — personalisation & measurement. Set only after you accept.
You can manage cookies via your browser settings at any time. Withdrawing consent will not affect your ability to use flashcards or quizzes.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location you may have the following rights regarding personal data:
EU/UK (GDPR / UK GDPR): Right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object. Right to withdraw consent at any time. Right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA): Right to know, delete, opt out of sale/sharing of personal information, and non-discrimination. We do not sell personal data. Ad networks may "share" data for cross-context behavioural advertising — opt out via the links in Section 4.
Canada (PIPEDA / Law 25): Right to access and correct your information, and to withdraw consent.
Other regions: We aim to respect privacy rights globally. Contact us with any request.

8. International Transfers
Cloudflare and advertising partners may process data in the United States and other countries. Cloudflare participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Advertising partners use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms for transfers from the EEA/UK.
9. Children
The Site is intended for adult learners (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has been exposed to third-party data collection through this Site, please contact us.
10. Changes
We will update this policy when we add new advertising partners, change infrastructure, or as required by law. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. For material changes affecting your rights, we will display a notice on the Site.
